Childhood Cancer Awareness

I posted this video last September for The National Childhood Cancer Awareness month. I thought it was worth repeating. Some of the children in this video are no longer with us. We all really need to do more so that these kids have a future. I ask that YOU do whatever you can to raise awareness, fund research and support families. Every little bit helps!!

The images from this video is so heart wrenching. This illness, the treatment, not to mention the horrible side effects from therapy is one of those things that never really hits home for a lot of people until it actually hits home.

Cancer is one of those medical conditions that is not so prevalent in developing countries. I wonder if it has a lot to do with our environment, and our diet. Maybe we and our government should be holding food manufacturers to the fire.
Btw, I used one of your new year's day photo in our new -not lauched yet-site. Check it out and let me know what you think. If you have other photos that might embody the concept of becoming the boss, please let me know. We will be looking for creative logos as well.

Tata-:)

Thanks for reposting this Amy! It is a powerful video. Are you going to the Breakfast of Hope for PCF on Feb. 7th? Maybe we'll see you there!
